What misconceptions did you have about work before actually experiencing it?
Building off yesterday’s story of a child who thought their mom’s boss was a dog, what were some strange ideas you had about work before entering the workforce?
Personally, I used to question why work would be exhausting if it didn’t involve physical labor. I would also doubt my mom’s fatigue after work and pictured myself carrying a briefcase daily, even though I’ve never owned one.
