Ashley: Welcome to Real Estate Rookie, episode 348. I’m Ashley Kehr, and I’m here with my co-host, Tony J. Robinson. Tony is back after the arrival of his baby, and I must say, he looks amazing. Tony, I appreciate the hard work you put in during labor. I also want to share how pleased I am with the progress we have made.
Tony: Thank you for the kind words, Ashley. Labor was no easy task for me, but I’m thrilled to be back. I recently had a conversation with my wife, Sara, about bringing an inflatable air mattress to the hospital next time we have a baby, as the sleeping arrangement wasn’t ideal. Tony: Stepping away for about four weeks was a unique experience for me, as we run multiple businesses. It allowed me to identify areas within my organizations that needed my attention and where I should focus in 2024 to strengthen my teams and fill any gaps. It was a valuable opportunity to gain clarity and set meaningful goals for the coming year.
Ashley: Now let’s delve into our 2024 business plans. Tony, how have your partnerships evolved, and what does the future look like for your real estate business?
Tony: As many of our listeners know, Sara, her cousin Omid, and I started our real estate business together. While partnerships are crucial, we realized the importance of aligning our goals and vision, leading to adjustments in our business structur….
