Apple recently revealed its selections for the top apps and games of 2023. These picks highlight a collection that mainly focuses on personal exploration and growth. The technology giant gave awards to various apps and games in different platform-specific categories, emphasizing unique contributions and innovative experiences.
Apple honored AllTrails, a useful outdoor exploration tool, as the iPhone App of the Year. SmartGym, a workout guide, was awarded the Apple Watch App of the Year. Additionally, the company honored the beauty planning app Prêt-à-Makeup for iPad, and the arthouse-adjacent film streamer Mubi for Apple TV. The Mac category award went to the photo-editing tool Photomator.
